We offer fast and economical shipping within New Zealand, Australia and the Rest of the World. All orders will be dispatched from Auckland within 48 hours of purchase. Please be advised that there are chances there are delays due to unforeseeable circumstances that are out of our control such as delays with Customs, Covid 19 restrictions or delays due to high deliveries demands etc.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING – WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
There is a regular shipping flat rate of $10.00 for orders under this amount or $15 if you wish for express post. For tracked and signed packages, there will be an additional $3 charge.
Please note that shipping cost may differ depending on the size of the parcel. When checking out, please select the correct weight and shipping method.
Regular Shipping – New Zealand Post: Delivery up to 5 business days
Express Post – New Zealand Post: up to 3 business days If you require something urgently, please send us an email and we will do all we can to help.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Rates calculated at checkout based on Country and weight. Please note you may need to pay taxes in some Countries, this is not our responsibility. Please send us an email with your country and what you wish to order and we can arrange a price for postage if one is not listed.

RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We check all items before being sent, but if an item is faulty, they must be sent back in the exact same way as you received with all tags attached and unused. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Returns and exchanges are not available on sale items. We do not offer any changes or returns on any personalised items.
